Meet our Team
Dauniika Maclean
Managing Director
Dauniika founded Board Administration Services in 2018 after a career as a Board Secretary and Company Secretary working primarily in the Health and Insurance sectors. Dauniika is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and an Affiliate Member of Governance NZ.
Dauniika is a BoardPro partner and educational speaker.
She was the recipient of the Diligent Modern Governance 100 award in 2020.
Dauniika volunteers as a Board member on the Board of Takapuna School.
Her interests are in AI and optimising governance processes. At home, you will find her happily cooking in the kitchen, or hiking one of New Zealand’s great walks.
Rochelle Macarthur
Board Secretary
Rochelle is passionate about supporting people and not-for-profit organisations to achieve their full potential. She holds a Bachelor of Economics & Arts and a Master of Social Work (Applied), and is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Directors.
In her day job as an Advisor at PWC, Rochelle specialises in providing governance support to not-for-profit organisations, leveraging her knowledge of governance responsibilities, operations, legislation, and processes.
Bringing her experience to Board Administration Services, she ensures boards operate at their best through her effective communication.
Outside of work, Rochelle is passionate about the environment and conservation – you’ll find her planting a tree, removing weeds and noxious plants, and probably having a good kōrero at the community garden.
